I'm sometimes asked how you can avoid failure as an Internet marketer. This in my opinion is a very simple situation. You need to focus on making money. If a particular activity will not generate any money for you you need to seriously think about whether or not you should be doing the activity. For example, if you happen to spend a lot of time on Internet marketing forums you need to ask yourself whether or not that particular activity is making you any money. Sure, you can learn a lot on an Internet marketing forum. But at what point do you need to stop learning and start implementing what you've already learned? For a lot of people within the Internet marketing industry for learning seems to never end.

You cannot expect to be successful with Internet marketing if you never take action. That might sound trite and somewhat simplistic but it's absolutely true.

Here's the bottom line: if you want to avoid failure as an Internet marketer you really need to focus on taking action and on building your business. Everything else is secondary. If you need motivation simply think about the kind of life you'd like to be living. Focus on what a successful Internet business can mean for you and your financial future.
